120th Annual Paisley Art Institute 2008 Exhibition

Work CAN ONLY be handed in to the Museum on Thursday 10th April 10am-4.00pm
and Saturday 12th April 10pm-4.00pm


INSTRUCTIONS TO EXHIBITORS
Artist members of Paisley Art Institute may submit 3 works. Artist Members
of Paisley Art Institute pay £10 to submit one, two or three works.
Open entrants may submit 2 works. The entry fee of £10 covers one or two
works submitted. PLEASE BRING CHEQUE WHEN YOU SUBMIT WORK
There is no size restriction on work submitted although paintings eligible
for the Small Painting Prize should be no larger than 16x16 inches including
the frame.

Artists will be notified of works not hung. Work not hung should be
collected on 26th April. Please note work will not be stored artists will be
charged a fee if work is not collected.

SUBMISSION OF WORKS
We request that work is NOT sent by post. Please attach rings to water
colours and prints only; all other works should have no hooks. Work should
be suitably presented for the exhibition. The decision of the selection
panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the
selection of work."

The following prizes will be awarded; there is no age restriction. The Adam Award, Art Hire The Artist¹s Frame Shop Award, The William & Mary Armour Award, Art De Caf Award, The William Bowie Award, Arnold Clark Award, The James B S Curr Award, Contemporary Fine Art Gallery Eton Award, Cyril Gerber Gallery Award, The Glasgow Art Club Fellowship Award, The John Green Fine Art Award, The Joe Hargan Award, The House For An Art Lover Award, The Jamieson Award, Miller's Creativity Shop Award, The Plein Air Prize, The Reid Kerr College Award for Sculpture, Bessie Scott Award, Studio Frames Small Painting Prize, The University of the West of Scotland Award, The Wren Gallery Award

ARTISTS SUBMITTING HEAVY OR LARGE ARTWORKS SHOULD ENSURE THEY BRING APPROPIATE HELP WITH THEM. There is limited car parking close to the Museum.
